3. Non-Refundable Items

- Delays caused by late, inaccurate, or incomplete client information
- Changes in scope or change of mind after work has commenced
4. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the invoice date. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
